BERMUDA

Dan and I have just returned from 5 nights and 6 days in AMAZING Bermuda! It was simply BERMUDAFUL! We brainstormed 10th anniversary vacation spots for quite some time, and we're both so happy that we picked Rosewood Tucker's Point! The resort was gorgeous! We enjoyed the fabulous pink-sand beach, pools, spa, restaurants, and accommodation! We had such a relaxing vacation, which included golf (for Dan), reading, sun bathing, and swimming. As much as we missed our little sweethearts, it was nice to have "alone time." We had fun reminiscing and making new memories. I feel blessed to have married my best friend! We had a wonderful time, and while we were sad for our vacation to end, we were excited to see our babies when we got home tonight!
Day 1 ~ We went straight to the beach (before we even checked into our room).
A virgin Miami Vice, an amazing view, and the best husband a woman could ask for !
When we arrived in our room, we were welcomed with chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. It most certainly is going to be a Happy Anniversary!
We had beautiful views from our balcony.
The fact that we were in Room #10 was quite apropos.
On our first night we enjoyed a beach front dining experience at the hotel's, Sur Mer. The ocean views from the shaded pergola perched above the stunning pink-sand beach was so fabulous that we wound up having our lunch at this restaurant every day.
Day 2
This is how I spent the majority of our vacation. I read 2 great books, and enjoyed relaxing on the beach with the love of my life!
On our 2nd night, we had the best meal of the week at The Point Restaurant & Terrace.
Souffle for dessert... yum!
While Dan enjoyed a round of golf at Tucker's Point,  I had a delicious breakfast on our balcony. We have such a gorgeous view from our room!
On our 3rd night, we had dinner at the hotel's Italian restaurant, Sul Verde, which was located at the Clubhouse. We  had a beautiful view of Castle Harbour from our table.
On Wednesday, we headed to Hamilton for Harbour Night.
As we strolled through Front Street, we enjoyed listening to music and seeing crafts by local artists.
On our 4th night, our taxi driver, Mr. T, steered us in the right direction for dinner. We had a delicious meal at Ascots , and our waiter spoiled us with a festive dessert in honor of our 10th anniversary!
The views from the hotel were spectacular.
On our last night, we headed to the Waterlot Inn in Southampton Parish.
We watched the sunset and enjoyed a drink while we waited for our table.

We received another special anniversary dessert on our last night!  This restaurant was an ideal spot for dinner on our last night. The historic inn was quite romantic.

On our last day, we stopped at the golf clubhouse to get Danny a souvenir.
1st Fairway at Tucker's Point
The infinity pool at the beach club was where we spent the majority of time this morning.
"Mr. Dan" and Roger, our favorite trolley driver
Good bye Bermuda!
