Tea with Eloise

Grace and I enjoyed an exciting afternoon with the Zingarelli girls! We headed into NYC to have a "rawther" fancy tea with Eloise at The Plaza Hotel! It was such an enjoyable, girly experience! Grace and Bella had fun dressing up in the fashion room and shopping in the boutique! There were so many delicious treats at our afternoon tea. Unfortunately, Eloise was traveling today, and we didn't get to see her. However, we wrote her a letter and placed it in her mailbox. We pretty sure she's at the Olympic Games in London. We also enjoyed listening to a couple of Eloise stories in the Library Room. Before we left, the girls received fabulous favor bags, and we bought our little sweethearts matching Eloise at the Plaza t-shirts. When we exited the hotel, we couldn't help but take our little princesses on a handsome cab ride through Central Park. They each felt like Cinderella as we rode around NYC in a beautiful white horse drawn carriage (our horse's name was Duke). Our last stop was FAO Schwarz. Grace and Bella had fun playing with the pups, Patrick and Penelope, and they enjoyed running through the candy shop. It was a memorable day! We are fortunate to have such wonderful girlfriends! I "absolutely love, love, love" having a Ladies Day!
Before heading to NYC, the girls worked together to complete an Eloise puzzle. Nicole was so organized. They even watched an Eloise movie on their way to and from the City.

Grace and Bella had fun dressing up! Grace looked quite fancy in silver shoes, fairy wings, an elaborate headband, and a matching wand. She kept her outfit on throughout the afternoon tea. Both of our sweethearts enjoyed playing the hot pink grand piano.
The Tea Room was adorable!
Grace wrote Eloise a letter and asked her if she was in London.
I wonder if she'll write back to us?
