We had a super fun playdate at the Vigilante's house this afternoon. The children had a great time splish splashing in the sprinkler, blow up pool, and water table. They also enjoyed jumping on the trampoline, playing on the swingset, and picnicing on the lawn. The Mommies were happy to sit back, chat, and celebrate Dina's birthday. There was even sangria!

Princess Playdate
We had a playdate with Grace's friend, Ava, at Presentation Park this afternoon. She was so excited to see one of her best friends from Lollipop School! They both have a passion for princesses! So, Grace brought her Ariel and Belle dresses to the park. They looked so cute running around in their gowns!

Summer Reading Kickoff
After swim lessons, we headed to the Montvale Library for the Summer Reading Kickoff Party! Grace received a "Dream Big READ" tote bag, and we filled it with tons of books from the library. We've already read 4 books and added them to her list! Andrew slept through most of the party, but Grace and Kate were happy to watch DJ Polka Dot. Grace ran into so many of her friends, and she had a wonderful time playing games and winning prizes. She even had an ice pop! The Montvale Library is fantastic. They always have so many wonderful activities for my kiddoodles!
Andrew's 1st Swim Lesson
Andrew's big day finally arrived, and it was a success! Swimming in the big pool was the incentive that Andrew needed to become potty trained. I was very proud as I watched him confidently swim with his swim instructor, Miss Melanie this morning. He's getting to be such a big boy! I can't believe my little man is going to be 3 next month!
Grace was so excited for her first lesson of the Summer! This is her 3rd Summer in Miss Melanie's swim class.
I loved watching him "swim" with Miss Melanie. When he kicked his legs, it looked like he was running underwater:-)

Ladies Day
My Mom and I just returned from a much needed Ladies Day! We had such a wonderful and relaxing time in NYC. We kicked off the afternoon with a quick photo shoot with the Naked Cowboy! Then we were off to see Priscilla Queen of the Desert at The Palace Theater in Times Square. It was such a fun show! The costumes were fabulous, and the storyline was hysterical (we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into). Before heading home, we had a had a delicious dinner at Bobby Flay's Cafe Americain complete with a chocolate blackberry souffle. I love spending time with my Mom. We need to plan another Ladies Day soon!
Yeehaw!
My Mom was a bit embarrassed by this photo! She had no idea what he was doing behind her back. That Naked Cowboy certainly is a bit frisky!!! I guess my Mom is a bit of a cougar?

Driving Range
Recently, Grace has been asking to go back to the driving range with Daddy non-stop. So, we decided to take a family trip there this afternoon. We were happy to run into Grandpa when we arrived, and Grace and Andrew showed him their swings. I think it's great that the kids are taking an interest in golf at such an early age, and I love watching Danny work with them.
Here's to the beginning of a future filled with lots of father/son golf memories!
Do you think we'll see her at the LPGA?
Dan loves the new irons we bought him for Father's Day! He was so happy to try them out for the first time this afternoon.
Party Time
We had lots of fun celebrating, our little buddy, Luke Buonocore's 1st birthday today. My friend, Susan, certainly knows how to throw a party! There was live music, a face painter, a balloon artist, and a Ben and Jerry's scoop shop! Grace, Andrew, and Kate had so much fun dancing and playing with their friends. It was a wonderful party. We're very blessed to have such a nice group of friends!
Grace wanted a purple flower, and Andrew asked for a blue sword... typical!
Emma, Riley, and Grace were happy to show off their hand painted butterflies.
Spiderman!
I was pretty impressed with Grace's limbo skills today (she gets them from her Daddy).

A Celebration for LuLu
We celebrated my Mom's 70th birthday last night, and she was so happy to be surrounded by so many of her loved ones. We had a great time catching up and watching the little ones play together. Happy birthday to my "Mommy Pajami!" We love you! xoxo
"Happy Birthday Dear LuLu!" Grace helped blow out the candles!
Everyone wanted to hold baby Kate:-) She loves being with the family!
Happy Birthday, Mom! I'm so happy that I got to see you today before you went to Olivia's dance recital! xoxo

Last Day of School
I can't believe Grace has already finished two years of preschool. She is growing up so quickly, and I'm proud that she is such a smart, thoughtful, and kind spirited little girl. I think she had a very successful year at Lollipop School. She can write her name, identify all of her letters and numbers, and make creative artwork. Grace made some new friends this year, and I received lots of positive feedback from her teacher, Miss Heather. We're looking forward to a wonderful summer vacation! Congratulations on another great year Gracie Grace! We love you! xoxo

Joey and Luke made a "Grace Sandwich"
I was going to take Grace out to lunch as a treat, but she insisted on "LuLu's Mac and Cheese."
We had some Mommy and Grace time at Nail Passion:-)
I love having one-on-one time with my big girl! xoxo

Welcome Summer!
Today marks the first official day of Summer, and the mercury soared into the mid- and upper-90s. We were happy to cool off in the Geraci's pool this afternoon! It's hard to believe that Grace only has two more days at Lollipop School before her Summer vacation. I can't wait to have her home with me for a couple of months!

Grace and Bella
Andrew had fun swimming in the pool and playing in the snake sprinkler with all the boys.

UBS Family Day
Dan's company surely knows how to throw an amazing family day! Playland Park was open only to UBS employees and their families from 4:00 - 9:00 PM. We went on tons of rides, ate lots of delicious treats, and saw some of our favorite characters! They also had a huge catered meal complete with lobster rolls, shrimp kabobs, sliders, a variety of salads, and mac and cheese for the kids. There were surprises around each corner... huge Ariel and Spiderman balloons, glow in the dark necklaces, bubbles, and UBS beach balls. We can't wait to go again next year!
Our little princesses received the royal treatment from Ariel and Cinderella!
Kate was happy to watch all the excitement from her Baby Bjorn.
Grace couldn't wait to eat her cotton candy!
Grace and Andrew had so much fun whipping around the Himalaya with their Daddy.
The Crazy Submarine
They each had their own Flying Dragon! This was Andrew's first solo ride:-)
Andrew was psyched to see Spiderman! He recently chose a Spiderman toy at the Disney Store as his "Big Boy" gift, since he uses the potty.
Kate enjoyed her first carousel ride.
They soared Up, Up, and Away! Andrew loved spinning the wheel!
The Gondola Wheel was a bit nerve wracking! We certainly had some beautiful scenic views from the top, but I wish the gondolas had seat belts!
Our little monkeys loved Jungle Jammin'.
Grace and Andrew enjoyed their Boat Ride. They kept ringing the bell as they went around.
Grace was determined to win a Strawberry Shortcake doll. She was so excited when she and Daddy were the first to squirt their banana to the top!
