"Hippity, Hoppity, Happy Easter Day!" Grace came running into our bedroom first thing this morning to tell us that she found an egg and a letter from the Easter Bunny in her room. It turns out, the letter was from Trip, and our little sweethearts had to follow the trail of eggs to find their Easter baskets, which were hidden in the playhouse! Our morning ran smoothly, I couldn't believe we were dressed in our Easter best, found the Easter baskets, and arrived at Presentation promptly for 8:30 Mass. After Mass, LuLu, Pop, Nana, Grandpa, Aunt Dana, and Uncle Vito arrived for Easter brunch. We served our signature egg casserole, and Dan made his delicious pancakes. We enjoyed our meal together, and Grace, Andrew, and Kate were in their glory with all of the fabulous Easter baskets and gifts that they received from everyone. We are truly blessed. It was an amazing morning, and we're looking forward to an exciting afternoon too!
Kate's 1st Easter Basket (she received her very 1st princesses... Ariel and Belle)
Grace was so happy with her giant chocolate bunny, 1st softball mitt, Molly train, new Fancy Nancy book, and princess clothes!
Andrew received a Yankee hat and a Jeter jersey in his basket. Daddy enjoyed helping Andrew try on his new gift.
I loved watching Grace and Andrew's faces when Daddy read the card that they crafted for him!
Our girls and their GRANDmothers
Andrew couldn't wait for his buddy to arrive so that he could open his Buzz Blaster!
We are truly blessed!
