Our Valentine's Day started off a bit rocky with a near trip to the ER. Poor Andrew had an awful stomach virus during the night, but luckily he's feeling much better. Dan worked from home today, which was incredibly helpful! It was nice having both of my Valentine's home. When Kate and I picked Grace up from Lollipop School, we stopped at A Little Cake to pick up some sweets for our Valentine dinner. Dan made a delicious porterhouse steak, French beans, and mashed potatoes. We ate in our dining room, and we had such a wonderful time with our sweethearts. For dessert, we had homemade chocolate chip cookies (I had some helpers today) and some of our favorite treats from Chocolates With Love. We had so much fun together. It was one of my favorite nights! My day was filled hugs, kisses, snuggles, and quality time with my 4 favorite people! We are truly blessed! I feel so lucky to be surrounded by so much love.
