Cause for Celebration

We had a jam packed, fun filled day with the birthday boy... Daddy! We kicked off our morning at Presentation Church's Breakfast with Santa, which was such a memorable occasion. The pancakes were delicious, the decorations were beautiful, and the visit with Santa was extremely entertaining. It has been so much fun getting ready for Christmas this year. It seems that Grace and Andrew's eyes light up numerous times each day... whether it's listening to Christmas songs, searching for Buddy the Elf, or adding to the Christmas countdown tree... there's endless excitement leading to December 25th!

We spent the rest of the day decorating our Christmas tree and home. Daddy did such a great job with the lights, and Grace and I enjoyed putting up the ornaments:-) We also sang "Happy Birthday," gave Daddy his presents, and ate some chocolate chip cookies in honor of Dan's big day! We had such a wonderful day celebrating the Christmas season and the birthday of our favorite man!

Grace is telling Santa what she would like for Christmas, and Andrew is trying to get his Daddy to pick him up.
